Keys, they are important.
Well its been a while since I have posted. I have quite a bit I've been meaning to post too. its just called laziness. Well, Tuesday morning, we got ready for the day, like every day. Well we have a spare key for the car. Jeff uses that to start up the car in the morning. He handed me the house keys. We get in the car, and Jeff locks up the garage door. At that moment... I realized I had accidently locked our house keys in the house. I left them on the table. Big oops. We left for work. Most of the morning, i had tried calling around our insurance to see if they might possibly cover for getting the Locksmith. Well, I've learned after spending an hour with them on the phone getting no where, that they probably wont cover it, and only way to find out is if I file a claim. Which isnt worth it. So finally, I spend the rest of the moring looking up locksmiths. Found a good locksmith. He met me at the house after work, and was able to let me in! :o) Yay! Big relief. Lets just say, i wont let this mistake happen again, and if so, i'm gonna have a few friends and family have spare keys!!!! So, hopefully this will be a reminder to those who do not have spare keys, to make sure they go out and make a few ;)

Ahhh, keys. I am glad that you've learned this lesson now. I would also suggest you have a hide-a-key for the car (when your kid locks himself in there) and one on the outside of your house is also super nice. We actually went to Home Depot and found a $30 key box that opens with a combination lock. Super Handy!
